    We email everyone

    The winner and every other applicant hear from us within 7 days after the round closes.

  5. Step 5

    Live in 3–4 weeks

    The winner gets their MVP designed, built and launched by our team.

How the winner is picked

It's a random draw, not a judging panel. Once the round closes, our system picks one completed application using a secure random number generator, and every draw is recorded. Each person gets one entry per round, so everyone has the same chance.

Not entered into the draw:

  • Spam, duplicate or fake applications, or ones with unreachable contact details
  • Projects that are illegal, harmful, or adult content

Official rules

  1. No purchase or payment is necessary to apply or to win.
  2. Rounds run for one calendar month and close at 23:59 UTC on the last day of the month. The current round closes on October 31, 2026.
  3. A completed application includes your name, email, a description of your idea and its current stage. One application per person per round.
  4. One winner is drawn at random from all eligible completed applications in the round, within 7 days after it closes. Your odds depend on how many eligible applications are received. Applications listed above as not eligible are excluded.
  5. The winner is notified by email and has 7 days to accept. If they don't accept, a new winner is drawn from the remaining applications.
  6. The grant covers the MVP scope agreed on the scoping call, with an estimated value of $2,000. It is not transferable and has no cash alternative.
  7. Your details are used to process your application and to contact you about it, as described in our privacy policy.
